Work Mode: In-Office
Work Location: Bengaluru (Bannerghatta Road)

Job Profile:
Amagi is hiring its first AI-native GTM Engineer to transform how our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams operate — with automation, intelligence, and speed. This role is focused on eliminating manual, repetitive work across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Leadership by building agents, integrations, and automation that scale revenue with minimal human overhead. If you instinctively ask, “Why is this still manual?”, this is your playground.

Key Responsibilities:
Build AI Agents: Design autonomous/semi-autonomous agents to handle tasks like pipeline triaging, inbox parsing, and forecasting nudges.
Automate GTM Workflows: Eliminate inefficiencies by automating repetitive work across tools like Salesforce, Slack, and Google Sheets.
RevOps Innovation: Identify outdated tools/processes and rebuild the GTM stack using APIs, low-code platforms, or custom solutions.
Systems Integration: Deeply interface with CRMs, data warehouses, and productivity tools to streamline workflows.
Rapid Prototyping: Build fast, iterate faster — ship from prototype to production in days.

Skills and Expertise Required:
AI and Automation Experience: Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LangChain, RAG), and automation tools like Zapier, Retool, n8n.
Builder Mindset: Proven side projects, agent builds, or internal tools that solved real pain points.
Strong GTM Understanding: Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS sales and marketing motions, RevOps challenges, and GTM tooling.
Tech Fluency: Comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Slack APIs, Notion, Clari, Outreach.
Independent and Analytical: Self-starter with a bias for action, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Experience: 3–7 years of overall experience, with good exposure to B2B SaaS environments.

Why does this Role matter?
In this role, you will drive automation across 50% of GTM workflows, replace legacy tools with scalable internal solutions, and deliver seamless, intelligent systems that enhance operational efficiency. Your work will become the foundation GTM teams rely on — trusted more than static dashboards — with a strong focus on rapid, iterative execution.
This is a high-impact role designed to transform how revenue functions operate, working closely with a leadership team deeply invested in innovation and scale.
