About the Role
Role: Senior/Lead Engineer with IC Role- Expert Salesforce developer
Experience: 6 to 9 years
Budget: 200 LPM
Hybrid
Contract: 6 to 12 months
Location: 1st Preference: Pune, 2nd Preference: Bangalore
Work Mode: Resource should be working from client office once in a week.
Responsibilities:
• Manages a team of professional-level engineers and ensures that a consistent design, deployment, and maintenance process is followed for all sites and systems.
• Develops and communicates objectives and priorities to meet the organisation's plan and results requirements.
• Establishes organisation-wide budgets, policies and practices with significant impact on area operations.
• Influences decision-making at the management and executive level.
• Experience with all aspects of the system implementation process of system design, configuration, customisation, integration, testing and support.
• In-depth experience using Agile, Scrum and iterative development practices.
• Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.
• Analyse user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of the design within time and cost constraints.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
• Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure the outcome and consequences of design.
• Analyse information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, as well as peripheral equipment modifications.
• Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Required Skills:
• Expertise in Salesforce technology and system architecture, including Health Domain management.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud/ Community Cloud/Sales Cloud/ Health Cloud.
• Experience in JavaScript Programming, HTML and CSS.
• Good understanding of API integration methodology (Rest and SOAP API knowledge is a must, MuleSoft knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and present ideas in a user-friendly language.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability and knowledge to lead and mentor the team in designing and reviewing code and guide and encourage the team to follow best practices.
• Good understanding of Salesforce deployment tools.
• Salesforce.com Certification/Architecture certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Basic knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in the production of drawings and models.
