About the Role
Talent Worx is seeking an experienced Redwood Administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of Redwood's cloud-based job scheduling and workload automation solutions. Your expertise will help our clients maximize the efficiency and reliability of their scheduling operations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Redwood solutions in our production environment
Monitor job performance, troubleshoot failures, and implement corrective actions to ensure scheduling jobs run smoothly
Collaborate with development and IT teams to understand automation needs and translate them into efficient Redwood workflows
Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in user access, configuration management, and job scheduling
Create and maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides
Stay updated on new features and best practices within Redwood applications to provide insights and recommendations for enhancements
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Redwood Administrator or a similar role
Strong understanding of workload automation, job scheduling concepts, and Redwood tools
Experience with integrations between Redwood and various applications such as ERP systems, databases, and cloud services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
Location: Remote or Hybrid options available based on candidate's preference.
