End User Computing Specialist

Role & Responsibilities
Act as subject-matter expert for RADIA (HP Client Automation) across large Windows endpoint estates.
Design, package, and deploy OS images, application bundles, patches, and baselines using RADIA and complementary tools.
Automate EUC workflows to enhance policy enforcement, compliance reporting, and user experience.
Troubleshoot complex deployment issues, driving root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on migration projects, feature pilots, and documentation of best practices.
Mentor peers and enforce security, audit, and ITIL standards throughout EUC operations.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
5+ years administering enterprise EUC environments.
Hands-on RADIA expertise for imaging, patching, and software distribution.
Strong Windows 10/11 and Active Directory knowledge with scripting in PowerShell.
Experience integrating SCCM, Intune, or similar endpoint platforms.
Proficiency in ITIL incident, change, and problem management.
Preferred
Exposure to cloud-based modern management (Intune, Autopilot).
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOX.
