About Versalence
Versalence Infocomm is building the future of AI-powered customer engagement. Our flagship product, vCX – The Social CRM, integrates WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and more into a unified platform for chat, campaigns, automation, and AI workflows.
As we expand, we’re looking for a Meta API Engineer with real-world experience working inside the Meta Developer Ecosystem — someone who lives and breathes the Graph API, has built and maintained WhatsApp Cloud API integrations, and understands the quirks of Meta’s platform.
Your Role:
You will be the go-to owner for everything Meta — responsible for stable, scalable, and compliant Meta API integrations across our client stack and product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and maintain integrations using:
WhatsApp Cloud API
Instagram Graph API
Facebook Messenger API
Facebook Pages & Business Manager
Handle access tokens, app reviews, and webhook setup
Enable Marketing Lite features, assist in onboarding to the feature, and ensure stability in campaigns
Monitor API health, debug webhook events, and address issues like token expiry or permission errors
Stay on top of Meta changelogs and version deprecations, and proactively migrate systems
Assist in template submissions, phone number linking, and managing WABA setup
Liaise with Meta support for escalated issues
Work closely with our bot, CRM, and automation teams to ensure tight platform alignment
Must-Have Experience:
1–2 years hands-on experience working with Meta’s APIs in a production environment
Solid understanding of OAuth, Graph API permissions, scopes, and business app configuration
Experience using Meta for Developers, Meta Business Manager, and WABA onboarding
Proven ability to debug webhook payloads and API responses
Experience working with automation tools or CRM platforms that use Meta’s ecosystem
Bonus Points:
Experience with Botpress, n8n, Make.com, or custom webhook integrations
Exposure to social CRM, omnichannel inboxes, or customer support platforms
Worked with multi-client apps (shared token architecture, role management, etc.)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive and experience-based
