Role Description:
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role where you will play a key role in developing, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. While the role is based in Hyderabad, flexibility for some remote work is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform
✔ Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript for development and scripting in ServiceNow
✔ Move configuration and development changes across Dev, Test, and Prod environments using ServiceNow Update Sets
✔ Design and develop standalone ServiceNow tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows
✔ Create, configure, and optimize workflows based on business requirements and ServiceNow best practices
✔ Perform system integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise business applications
✔ Deploy, validate, and troubleshoot ServiceNow patches, updates, and new versions of the platform
Qualifications:
✅ 4+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow
✅ Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development concepts
✅ Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Project Management, and integrations
✅ Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and update set migrations
✅ Experience in end-user training and platform upgrade validation
✅ Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver reliable solutions
✅ Good communication and collaboration skills
