About the Role
As a Test Engineer Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and mentorship programs
designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in software testing. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in training programs covering software testing methodologies, tools, and best
practices.
• Learn to design, write, and maintain test cases based on software requirements and
specifications.
• Assist in executing manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure
quality.
• Document and report defects using designated tracking tools, ensuring clear and concise
communication of issues.
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project
requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to software
testing.
• Adhere to high quality work standards
• Responsible for maintaining Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Vehere’s
information assets including business critical information
Skills and Experience:
• BE/ BTech fresher and basic knowledge of networking protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understand and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
• Willingness to travel
