About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Level Web Developer to join our team in rebuilding company websites. The ideal candidate will have experience in backend and frontend web development, deploying applications on Azure, and working with version control systems like Azure Git. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver high-quality web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain website backend using Python and relevant web frameworks (e.g., Flask/Django).
Design and implement responsive front-end components using Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Deploy and manage web applications on Microsoft Azure.
Utilize Azure Git for version control, collaborating with the team on code changes and reviews.
Optimize website performance and security best practices.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure an engaging user experience.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Python web development.
Proficiency in Flask or Django for backend development.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Experience deploying applications on Azure (App Services, Storage, etc.).
Familiarity with Azure Git and version control best practices.
Understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with API development (RESTful services, JSON).
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have
Experience with CI/CD pipelines on Azure.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
Exposure to containerization tools like Docker.
Familiarity with cloud security best practices.
