We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven WordPress Developer with 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong development skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude toward client management and deadline-driven work environments.
🛠 Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive and functional WordPress websites.
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and handle feedback.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and QA.
Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work under tight deadlines.
✅ Requirements:
1 year of proven experience in WordPress development.
Proficient in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL.
Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc.
Familiarity with basic SEO principles and web performance optimization.
Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with direct client interaction and handling feedback professionally.
Ability to work independently and remain productive under pressure.
🌟 Nice to Have:
Knowledge of WooCommerce and eCommerce integrations.
Understanding of version control tools like Git.
Experience with basic graphic editing tools like Photoshop or Canva.
