About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Platform Administrator with 5 years of hands-on experience in managing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, governance, and optimization of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Microsoft Power Platform environments (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, environment strategies, and security roles.
Monitor platform usage, performance, and capacity using Power Platform Admin Center and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to support app lifecycle management (ALM).
Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, including connectors, flows, and app performance.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Microsoft best practices.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Power Platform CLI.
Provide training and support to users and citizen developers.
Stay updated with new features, licensing changes, and roadmap updates from Microsoft.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Power Platform administration.
Strong knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
Experience with Dataverse, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 security & compliance.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Power Platform CLI.
Familiarity with ALM, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Administrator Associate (PL-400 or PL-600)
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
