Key Responsibilities
Lead and build scalable products.
Rapidly develop POCs by figuring out and integrating existing solutions
and technologies.
Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build impactful solutions.
Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.
Make key technology decisions and adopt new tools.
Optimize product performance through data analytics.
Mentor engineers and foster continuous learning.
Troubleshoot and resolve system bottlenecks.
Requirements And Skills
3+ years of software development experience, 1+ years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in [Preferred Tech Stack – Python, React, React, AWS,
Kubernetes, SQL, Pandas]
Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
Expertise in SQL, query optimization, and scalable database design.
Deep understanding of system design, microservices, and DevOps
practices.
Strong product mindset with a focus on business impact.
