About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer with 6–12 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on solution development and execution, working closely with technical architects and stakeholders to deliver strategic Salesforce solutions across multiple domains.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Community, and Health Clouds.
Collaborate with architects to design and implement features aligned to business goals.
Customize and configure Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Visualforce.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Follow Agile practices and participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and deployments.
Provide technical mentorship and code review support to the development team.
Required Skills6–12 years of Salesforce development experience.
Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud.
Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce security and architecture.
Strong experience in REST/SOAP API integrations.
Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Preferred SkillsSalesforce certifications (Developer/Admin/Architect).
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Exposure to MuleSoft or integration platforms.
Background in Health domain is a plus.
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid position requiring 1 day/week onsite at the client’s office in Pune or Bangalore. Remote work is permitted for the remaining days. Candidates must be willing to comply with this hybrid policy.
