Job Title: DevOps Engineer (Mobile Application Development)
Experience: 5 to 7 Years
Job Type: Contract / Permanent
Location: Remote/ Bangalore Office
Duration: 6 to 12 Months (extendable)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to support our mobile application development project. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in automating, streamlining, and optimizing our CI/CD processes, infrastructure management, and deployment pipelines for Android and iOS applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps (Android/iOS)
Automate build, test, and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bitrise, or similar
Work closely with developers to ensure smooth integration and delivery
Manage infrastructure on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
Handle release management and rollback strategies
Manage containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (if applicable)
Ensure security, compliance, and performance of deployed systems
Troubleshoot issues across the environments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven 5–7 years of DevOps experience in mobile app development environments
Strong understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitrise, CircleCI
Experience with mobile build systems (Gradle, Xcode build, Fastlane)
Good hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Strong experience with Git, branching strategies, and code integration workflows
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools
Solid understanding of mobile release cycles and app store deployments
Experience with monitoring tools and log management
Good scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
Preferred:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Familiarity with security best practices for mobile applications
Exposure to performance testing and scaling systems
Certification in AWS/Azure/DevOps-related technologies is a plus
Engagement Options:
