About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Trainer who is passionate about teaching and mentoring. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, real-world experience, and a knack for simplifying complex concepts for learners at all levels.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured training on Python Full Stack (Frontend + Backend + DB)
Create engaging content, hands-on exercises, and capstone projects
Mentor students during projects and doubt-clearing sessions
Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback
Stay updated with latest tools and tech trends
📚 What You’ll Teach
Frontend:
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js (preferred)
Backend:
Python (Core + OOPs), Django / Flask
REST APIs, Authentication, MVC architecture
Database:
PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
Tools:
Git & GitHub, Postman, VS Code, Docker (optional), Deployment basics (Heroku/AWS)
✅ Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of industry experience in Full Stack Development
1+ years of training or mentoring experience (preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to create real-time project-based learning paths
Comfortable with online training tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
🌟 Bonus If You Have
Prior experience teaching students or working professionals
Knowledge of cloud platforms or CI/CD pipelines
Experience in curriculum design or LMS content creation
