About the Role
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Technical Team Lead role located in LUCKNOW. The Technical Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading the technical team, troubleshooting software development issues, and overseeing project management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be required to interact with both technical and non-technical groups regularly throughout the product development lifecycle
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .python,PHP,react, .net , AWS and a passion for driving continuous improvement within the team
7-10+ years of relevant experience. Must have experience in full stack development
5+ years of experience in python/React/Node.js/.net
5+ years of experience in WordPress+
5+ years of experience in AWS
2+ years of experience in SQL/MS SQL Server
5+ years of experience in application designing
Good to have experience in ubuntu/shell scripts
Experience with JIRA
Experience with GITHUB
Responsibilities
As a trusted technology leader, you will be working cross-functional teams to ensure development, deliver quality and meet deadlines
This is a Techno functional hands-on, technical lead role in the trading organization that will design, architect and develop cloud-native solutions.
The candidate will serve as a solution expert working independently, responsible for development and delivery of critical trading applications meeting business goals
Will join and lead a high velocity, multi-functional development team focused on large scale multi-year programs
The role will require flexible thinking as the team works to integrate existing business and technology concepts with innovative design to deliver a practical and scalable platform
Lead a tech team to design, develop, test and implement technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction utilizing AWS cloud native technologies.
