Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our cross-functional development team, focusing on building workflow solutions across ServiceNow modules, primarily IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple ServiceNow applications and possess strong integration and development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a ServiceNow Developer delivering workflow and automation solutions across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
Collaborate with various application teams to design and implement data integrations with other enterprise systems.
Develop and implement integration solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules.
Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting where required.
Build and maintain operational metrics, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
Work closely with project teams to deliver technically sound solutions within project timelines and budgets.
Assist in gathering customer requirements and contribute to the development of user stories.
Perform application and functional testing to ensure quality delivery.
Develop and maintain system design and operational documentation.
Collaborate effectively in a team environment and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies in a software development environment.
Technical Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory.
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in any module – preferred.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – preferred.
