We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Portal development and CMDB management to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CMDB fundamentals, relationships, and integrations, along with experience in ITSM and catalog management on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain ServiceNow Portals and related user experiences.
Manage and maintain the CMDB, including configuration, relationships, and data integrity.
Work on ServiceNow Asset Management, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer for workflow automation.
Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure accurate mapping and maintenance of configuration items (CIs) and their relationships within the CMDB.
Support ITSM processes and ensure platform stability and performance.
Create and maintain system documentation and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
Experience: 4–9 years
Notice Period: Up to 30 days
Location: Bangalore (onsite only)
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Portal development, CMDB (basics and relationships), Asset Management, Catalog Management, and ITSM.
Experience with Flow Designer for workflow automation.
Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, or MID Server.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM), ITOM, CSDM, and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-Discovery.
