Job Title: Senior Odoo Developer (POS, OWL, DevOps, Team Lead)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Odoo Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and deploying Odoo solutions — particularly with strong expertise in Odoo POS and OWL framework. This role demands not just technical capability but also leadership skills to guide a team and oversee projects from development to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Odoo developers and coordinate project timelines.
Architect, develop, and customize Odoo modules, with a focus on Odoo POS (Point of Sale) using OWL (Odoo Web Library).
Customize and debrand Odoo backend and frontend interfaces.
Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and workflows.
Manage Odoo server deployments using Docker, Apache, and Linux environments.
Setup, maintain, and optimize Odoo hosting infrastructure (on-premise or cloud).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, UI/UX, and DevOps.
Conduct code reviews, write clean modular code, and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Odoo issues.
Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo development (Community or Enterprise).
Deep knowledge of Odoo POS and experience with OWL (Odoo Web Library).
Proven track record of Odoo customization, debranding, and backend UI redesigns.
Experience building dynamic dashboards and custom business flows.
Strong experience with Docker, Linux servers, and Apache/Nginx.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and deployment pipelines.
Good understanding of PostgreSQL and performance tuning.
Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
Bonus (Preferred):
Experience contributing to open-source Odoo projects.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
Experience with multi-company, multi-warehouse, or 3PL implementations.
