Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), along with proven experience in the AWS ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be capable of building, integrating, and optimizing eCommerce and marketing automation solutions using Salesforce platforms with modern AWS cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:
SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud):
Develop and maintain custom features on B2C Commerce (formerly Demandware).
Work on storefront architecture, custom controllers, pipelines, ISML templates, and SFRA framework.
Integrate third-party services and APIs using REST/SOAP.
Manage product catalogues, promotions, and custom business logic.
SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud):
Design and implement customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
Create and manage personalized campaigns using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder.
Develop AMP script and SSJS for dynamic content and integrations.
Ensure seamless integration between SFMC and other platforms including Salesforce CRM and AWS services.
AWS Integration:
Integrate Salesforce platforms with AWS services like Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
Build and manage serverless workflows for data processing, personalization, and campaign automation.
Implement scalable and secure API solutions between Salesforce and AWS.
Required Skills and Experience:
5–9 years of total experience in Salesforce ecosystem.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SFCC (Site Genesis and/or SFRA).
2+ years of experience in SFMC with strong knowledge of AMP script, SSJS, and automation tools.
Strong experience integrating Salesforce platforms with AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.).
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js (for middleware or headless integrations), and JSON.
Strong understanding of data synchronization, security models, and marketing best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer
AWS Certified Developer – Associate / AWS Solutions Architect – Associate
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices
Familiarity with headless commerce architecture and personalization strategies
Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams
