About the Role
Job Title: Lead QA Engineer
Location: Noida
Work Type: Full-Time, Work from Office
Shift: IST business hours
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities across manual and automation tracks.
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using C# and Selenium.
Review and enhance existing automation frameworks and testing strategies.
Plan and execute functional, regression, integration, API, and database tests.
Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
Own defect tracking and reporting process; drive root cause analysis and resolution.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices, coding standards, and documentation protocols.
Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (Manual + Automation).
Strong hands-on experience in C# with Selenium WebDriver.
Proficient in REST API testing using tools like Postman or RestSharp.
Good knowledge of database testing (SQL queries, joins, data validation).
Strong experience in test case design, execution, and defect management.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with BDD (SpecFlow) or test frameworks like NUnit/xUnit.
Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms or parallel test execution.
ISTQB certification or equivalent. 3
