About the Role
Job Location: Noida/Indore
Qualification:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science & engineering
7-10 years of Proven experience as a Backend Lead Engineer (Java and Python) or similar role
Strong hold on one programming language Java/Python and hands on another
Strong analytical and logical skill
Strong understanding of DS and Algo and its usage
Proven thought leadership
Experience in managing small team of developers
Knowledge/Experience in GEN AI/LLM is huge plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
Possess strong logical analytical abilities in problem-solving and solution designing
Use case derivation and solution creation from structured/unstructured data
Provides LLM expertise to solve AI problems using state-of-the-art language models and off-the-shelf LLM services, such as OpenAI models.
Along with knowledge around Retrieval augmented generation and relevant techniques to improve performance & capabilities of LLMs
Develop end-to-end machine learning pipeline which includes model development, tuning, implementation, deployment and MLOps
An end-to-end model pipeline for transformer-based use cases which includes model development and fine tuning.
Work closely with business and product management teams to develop and implement analytics solutions.
Communicate results to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
Research and Innovation:
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the fields of AI Mandatory Skills: Python, Java, Transformer, PyTorch, SQL, LangChain,
Deployment of machine learning/LLM models, LLM models finetuning and evaluation, Python web development
Good to Have Skills -LLMOps
