We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer with strong expertise in Golang, AWS-based microservices, and scalable backend architecture. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining production-level systems with a focus on performance, security, and reliability. This role involves close collaboration with US-based cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain scalable back-end services, APIs, and microservices
Ensure full unit test coverage as part of the development lifecycle
Design and implement robust, secure, and reliable systems to support complex business workflows
Optimize and refactor existing systems for better performance and scalability
Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enterprise-grade solutions
Enforce best practices in coding standards, testing, deployment, and documentation
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system availability
Participate actively in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a product-based, live production environment
3+ years of hands-on development using Golang
3+ years working with microservices architecture on AWS
Strong experience building scalable, low-latency, and reliable systems
Familiarity with GraphQL and REST APIs
Proficient in using relational databases such as PostgreSQL
Solid understanding of modern web protocols, security best practices, and system integration patterns
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
