About the Role
🌟 About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a seasoned Lead I / SDE-3 Fullstack Developer with a strong backend focus to join our dynamic team. You’ll be instrumental in designing and scaling our fleet management system (FMS) and collaborating across teams to deliver robust, real-time applications.
🛠️ Tech Stack:
Backend: Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes
Frontend: React.js, Redux-Saga, RTK Query, Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Architect and scale production-grade backend systems for our FMS
Lead end-to-end Node.js backend development, including design sessions, code reviews, and cross-team coordination
Own performance and reliability, ensuring high availability and real-time handling
Dive into frontend development, contributing to React.js-powered features
✔️ Must-Have Requirements:
Expert-level, hands-on experience with Node.js and backend architecture
Deep understanding of real-time systems, APIs, microservices
Proven proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, and container orchestration (Docker/K8s)
Thrives in startup or fast-paced environments
Mandate: Node.js & React.js (with a strong backend emphasis)
🌟 Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
Redux-Saga, RTK Query
Styled Components, Tailwind CSS
