🔧 Key Responsibilities
💠 Architect, develop, and maintain robust back-end systems using Node.js and Python (FastAPI)
💠Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with React.js and Tailwind CSS
💠Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
💠Integrate and optimize message queues like RabbitMQ/Kafka for high-performance, asynchronous operations
💠Create and consume RESTful APIs for seamless front-end/back-end communication
💠Own end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept and design to testing and deployment
💠Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices
💠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on time
💠Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and promote engineering excellence
💠Troubleshoot complex issues and continuously enhance system performance and scalability
✅ Must-Have Skills
💠Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Python (FastAPI)
💠Proficient in Tailwind CSS for modern UI development
💠Solid understanding of database architecture (SQL/NoSQL)
💠Experience with RabbitMQ/Kafka or similar queuing systems
💠Familiar with Git version control and CI/CD practices
💠Understanding of API security, scalability, and performance tuning
💠Clear communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in Agile teams
