We are now expanding our Global Kinaxis Delivery Practice, and we invite passionate supply chain technologists to be part of our growing Center of Excellence (CoE) in Supply Chain Planning.
📌 Position: Kinaxis Lead Consultant / Senior Developer
📍 Location: Bangalore, Koramangala, Electronic City
🕐 Experience: 8–10 years
🎓 Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
🛠️ Required Skills & Responsibilities:
🔹 Domain & Platform Expertise
Minimum 8+ years in designing and implementing IT Supply Chain Planning systems (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP)
3+ years of hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation experience across multiple modules
Strong expertise in Supply Planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Exposure to functional areas like Demand Planning, Order Fulfilment, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Management
Functional & Technical Responsibilities
Lead or support requirement discovery workshops and translate business needs into User Stories
Collaborate with IT teams to build, test, and deploy developments in Maestro
Deliver Key User Training, documentation, and hypercare post go-live
Ensure alignment to project methodology including SDLC phases: discovery, functional design, development, testing, deployment
Added Advantage Skills
Experience in SAP APO, IBP, or PPDS is a strong advantage
Ability to provide innovative, practical solutions to complex supply chain challenges
Solid understanding of integration landscapes with SAP or other ERP systems
Soft Skills & Cultural Fit
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills (verbal & written)
Able to work in cross-cultural, global delivery teams
High ownership, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude
