Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cloud Consultant, located in Porur. The Cloud Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on cloud solutions, developing and implementing cloud strategies, and ensuring the smooth transition of systems and applications to the cloud. Day-to-day tasks will include evaluating client needs, providing technical guidance, and managing cloud-based projects and services.
Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Proficiency in Account Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
Experience in cloud technologies and services is a plus
