Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who thrives in a startup environment and can build, deploy, and scale high-performance web and business applications. You’ll work across the stack using React.js, Node.js, and AWS services, with deep involvement in CI/CD pipelines and containerised deployments on Kubernetes. You will be the go to person for the business teams for new features and functions, and a tech guru for the team for all technical queries and escalations.
This role is ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable architecting solutions, crafting slick customer experiences — and who cares deeply about clean code, performance, and impact.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and manage fullstack applications using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
• Architect systems, scalable APIs and backend services using Express or similar frameworks.
• Design and manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Manage and handle deployments on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and DevOps teams.
• Maintain performance, security, and observability across your code.
• Participate in code reviews, grooming, and agile ceremonies.
• Guide the tech team for all implementation and support.
• Keep track on technology trends and leverage the best for Voyaah.
Must-Have Skills
• 8-10 years of minimum experience in fullstack development.
• Proficiency in React.js with Redux/Context, Hooks, and modern frontend workflows.
• Solid backend development using Node.js, Express, REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS services and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and git-based workflows.
• Good understanding of application performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring.
• Startup mindset — fast, flexible, and self-driven.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong team player, fostering collaboration.
