About the Role
Oracle APEX Developer - 4 to 8y Experience Required
Locations: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain Oracle APEX applications.
Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Design and optimize PLSQL stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design database solutions, and integrate applications within the Pharma domain.
Perform regular system upgrades and patches for Oracle APEX, SQL databases, and associated software.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SQL queries, application performance, and data integrity.
Work on data migration projects and ensure smooth transition of data across systems.
Develop reports and dashboards for Pharma domain stakeholders to support decision-making.
Maintain robust documentation for developed solutions, ensuring traceability and transparency.
Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices in Oracle APEX, SQL, and PLSQL development.
Work closely with business analysts and project managers to prioritize and implement new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development.
Strong knowledge of SQL and PLSQL for database design, query optimization, and reporting.
Experience in developing, testing, and maintaining web applications with Oracle APEX.
Experience working with Oracle databases (Oracle 11g/12c/19c).
Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data migration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud services or other cloud-based platforms.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with other technologies like JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to enhance APEX applications is an advantage.
