Description:
Low-Code ServiceNow lead will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team responsible for ServiceNow platform enhancements, automation initiatives, and process optimization. The team collaborates closely with ITSM, HR, Security, and Business Operations units to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. Working in an agile environment, the team is committed to continuous improvement, leveraging ServiceNow’s capabilities to drive digital transformation
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Analyse technical requirements provided by solution architect and supports in translating them into implementable software designs and configurations.
Support in evaluating possibilities with different technologies and platforms.
Support in analyzing ideas and demands for technology and architectural fit and supports in proving technical estimates that can be used by program owner for cost/benefit analysis.
Contribute to design, develop and implement applications within SNOW ,support development of SNOW Assist functionalities and Embedded AI
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Participates in prototyping, pilots and PoC’s.
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree with 4 to 8 of experience with ServiceNow Development
Experience in Designing new implementation within Servicenow
Candidates should have good knowledge on ServiceNow Scripting - Client Scripts, Business rules, Jelly scripts, UI pages and others
Good at troubleshooting ServiceNow issues with related to CMDB
Work experience in development of Service Portal
Strong knowledge with ITSM process
Service Now (Must) – Technical & Functional,
It would be nice if you also had:
Good to have experience in SNOW Assist, Embedded AI in SNOW
Knowledge on Angular JS, ITSM, ITIL process, Javascript, ServiceNow Scripting
Passionate for technologies
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed
