About the Role
Unacademy is India’s largest learning platform, empowering millions through technology-driven education. We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our products through a mix of manual and automation testing.
This is an urgent role and we are looking for immediate joiners only at the moment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute manual test cases to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
Perform API testing with Postman or similar tools.
Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira or similar tools.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure scalability, security, and performance standards are met.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar automation tools.
Strong knowledge of test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Mocha.
Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and SQL queries.
Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
