Job Title: Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Senior Technical Consultant
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions that are scalable, secure, and reliable.
You’ll be joining a team focused on building innovative digital services for a global enterprise, where your contributions will help shape strategic solutions that impact thousands of users.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a design and development SME for Power Platform and Dataverse, providing end-to-end technical ownership.
Work independently to create robust, future-ready solutions aligned with enterprise goals for scalability, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including architects, security, operations, and product stakeholders—to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.
Promote and implement best practices for Power Platform governance, ALM, and architecture.
Core Requirements:
Must-Have Technical Skills:
8–13 years of experience in enterprise IT environments.
Strong hands-on experience with:
C# (3+ years)
.NET Core (3+ years)
Azure Functions (2+ years)
Solid development expertise in Dataverse, including:
CRUD operations using Dataverse or CRM SDK
Webhooks
Plug-in development (2+ years)
Data modelling & RDBMS
At least 2 years building enterprise-grade Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Model-Driven applications
Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Power Platform solutions
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience integrating with data sources like SharePoint, SQL, and Dataverse
Knowledge of Power Platform licensing models and feature mapping
Strong working knowledge of platform fundamentals:
Environment types, limits, and features
Power Platform Administration (PPAC)
Governance best practices
Familiarity with the CoE Starter Kit and scaling it within large enterprises
