Job Title: Python Engineer
Location: Dehradun, UK/ Noida, UP
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 2-6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Code Quality & Best Practices: Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and development workflows. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and reusability across the team.
Mentorship & Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams. Mentor and guide engineers, helping them grow their technical skills, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Python and distributed systems. Propose and implement improvements to the development process and tools.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 2-6 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a focus on Python development in large-scale, distributed systems.
Deep Knowledge of Python: Expertise in Python 3, with experience in FastAPI. Familiarity with asynchronous programming, Python performance optimization, and Python testing frameworks is a plus.
Databases & Storage: Hands on experience with relational or NoSQL databases (any one of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB is a must).
Collaboration & Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Cloud & DevOps Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Caching and messaging Experience with caching systems like Redis and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ is a plus.
Experience with GenAI or Machine Learning is a plus.
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue) and how they integrate with Python backends.
Open Source Contributions or active involvement in the Python community.
