Roles and Responsibilities:
Proficiency in Synon for both production support (60%) and development (40%).
Experience with RPGLE programming (Good to have).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage production incidents.
Familiarity with database management and system integration.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing support and development tasks
