About the Role
Position: Senior LLM Engineer – GenAI / ML (Python, Langchain)
Experience: 7–12 Years
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Senior LLM Engineer to lead the design and deployment of Generative AI and LLM-driven solutions. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Python, Langchain, and large language models, along with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Build intelligent solutions using Langchain and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
Apply prompt engineering and agent-based systems for contextual problem-solving
Collaborate on technical roadmap and cross-functional integration
Optimize model performance and ensure real-world applicability
Conduct architecture reviews and contribute to best practices
Required Skills:
Strong Python, SQL, and Langchain experience
Knowledge of LLM architecture, embeddings, and vector databases
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration
Preferred:
1+ years in GenAI projects
ML Ops and AI model deployment knowledge
