Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and maintain HRSD solutions in ServiceNow.
Implement and customize ServiceNow HR service delivery applications (Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge, etc.).
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
Design and implement workflows, user interfaces, and business rules in ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the ServiceNow HRSD modules.
Key Skills:
Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center).
Expertise in ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development (scripting, business rules, UI pages).
