About the Role:
Are you passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems?
We’re looking for a Lead Java Developer with deep expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and CI/CD practices to lead our backend development efforts. In this role, you’ll drive technical strategy, mentor developers, and deliver robust enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, design, and develop Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and best practice enforcement.
• Break down complex requirements into well-architected, scalable solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to ensure seamless delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues efficiently.
• Promote Agile development practices by participating actively in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Stay ahead of technology trends, continuously evaluating and integrating new tools and frameworks.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Java development (preferably Java 8 or higher).
• Expertise in Spring Boot framework for building scalable APIs and services.
• Strong experience designing and developing applications in a Microservices architecture.
• Proven experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and SQL.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor, inspire, and lead development teams.
Good to Have:
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Exposure to DevOps and infrastructure automation tools.
