Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills
● Programming: Proficiency in Java and Python with experience in backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, Flask).
● Databases: Strong expertise in Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server), and familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
● Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
● Architecture & Design: Knowledge of Microservices, API development, and distributed systems.
● Scalability & Performance Tuning: Experience with high-traffic, data-intensive applications. Leadership & Soft Skills
● Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
● Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
● Ability to balance hands-on coding with strategic leadership
