Fullstack Developer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Developer with 4–5 years of experience in PHP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in PHP-and Fronted based frameworks and CMS, coupled with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for UI/UX, a passion for creating innovative web solutions, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain websites and web applications using PHP and its frameworks, including Laravel, CodeIgniter, and WordPress.
Design and implement responsive front-end solutions with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Tailwind.
Build robust and scalable back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration with MySQL, PostgreSQL and other databases.
Create, consume, and manage third-party APIs; develop custom APIs tailored to project requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, brainstorm, and deliver innovative design elements and state-of-the-art components.
Implement Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in project development to deliver clean and efficient code.
Optimize websites and applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Ensure integration and effective use of Google tools like Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, etc., to track performance and enhance user engagement.
Contribute to UI/UX improvements with attention to aesthetics, usability, and user satisfaction.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in PHP frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
Strong command of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks like React.js and Next.js.
Hands-on experience with the MERN stack for full-stack development.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and their API integrations.
Knowledge of server configurations, web hosting, and domain management.
Hands-on experience with Linux CLI commands to manage and troubleshoot server environments.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and version control systems like Git.
Good to Have:
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles to enhance user experiences.
Experience working with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for websites and web applications.
Understanding of SEO principles and their application in web development.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools for tracking user behavior and system performance.
