Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Frontend Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating complex design prototypes (Figma/XD) into robust, scalable, and high-performance frontend applications. You will leverage modern technologies, including Next.js, Chakra UI, and ShadCN, to create exceptional user experiences within a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using React and its ecosystem, specifically Next.js, Chakra UI, and ShadCN.
Design Implementation: Accurately translate Figma/XD design prototypes into pixel-perfect, scalable, and optimized frontend code, ensuring adherence to design specifications and user experience principles.
Integration: Implement seamless integrations with backend services and third-party APIs, ensuring data integrity and efficient communication.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver impactful features that meet business requirements.
Optimization: Optimize application performance for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability, ensuring a superior user experience.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
Code Review: Participate in constructive code reviews, providing and receiving feedback to enhance code quality and team knowledge.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain innovative and future-proof.
Team Contribution: Demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic to contribute effectively as a valued team member.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
Proven expertise in React, Next.js, Chakra UI, and ShadCN.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Practical experience with version control systems (Git).
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Graduation in B.Tech/MCA degrees.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools.
Familiarity with hosting and deployment procedures.
Working with microservices architecture.
Understanding of SEO best practices and their impact on frontend development.
