Role Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled React JS Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of frontend technologies and be eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new user-facing features using React.js
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement scalable solutions
Debug and optimize performance for maximum speed and scalability
Maintain and improve existing applications
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience working with React.js
Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3
Good understanding of component-based architecture
Experience with RESTful APIs and Git version control
Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Babel, etc.
Familiarity with Redux Toolkit or other state management libraries
Knowledge of TypeScript, Familiarity with Next.js
Experience with Tailwind CSS or Material UI (MUI)
Basic understanding of performance optimization
Strong communication and collaboration skills
