BTB is expanding its presence and looking for talented developers to join our new offices in Pune, Maharashtra.
What will you be doing?
Participate in the full system lifecycle from solution design, development and implementation, and production systems maintenance.
Design and implement scalable front end infrastructure.
Build complex yet intuitive user flows that will make the product fun and easy to use.
Participate in the development of new features and products.
Grow with the company to build a frontend group that can scale.
Work on new initiatives and new growth engines for the company.
Continuously learn and improve our process, tools, and services.

Full-time Position in the Office: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

Requirements:
You’d be a great fit if you have:
B.E/B.Tech or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
5+ years’ experience with B2C Web Applications.
4+ years’ experience with React.
Have vast experience working with Typescript, Project build tools (webpack, vite, etc..).
Have a strong sense of UX and how users think, and a passion for developing an incredible user experience.
Infrastructure oriented, familiarity with architecture methodologies and system design.
Proven experience with high scale data processing pipeline.
Strong experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure, AWS is preferred.
A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Self-motivated with good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with other developers and product managers.
Experience developing and supporting hosted and/or multi-tenant software delivered as-a- Service (SaaS).
Excellent communication skills, analytical & problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Deep experience with Agile/SCRUM/SAFe software development methodologies.
Excellent Team integration skills & work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment & must be a ‘team player’.
