Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Software Engineer, located in New Delhi with some work from home acceptable. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architecting scalable solutions, implementing software development best practices, and conducting code reviews. The engineer will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality and performance optimization.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Proficient in Back-End Web Development and Software Development methods
Experience with multiple Programming languages
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
1 year Experience in leading development teams and projects
