About the Role
Production support -
1) The candidate must have 5-6 years of Production support (L2/L3) experience and well versed with Incident/change/problem/stakeholder management and ITIL framework.
2) Must have good monitoring and troubleshooting skills and respond quickly to production issues
3) Must have excellent communication skills and would be required to work in hybrid workplace model & provide on-call support.
4) Must have exposure in supporting cloud based (preferably AWS) application.
5) 4-5 years of production support exposure in Java, good understanding of React JS & Spring Boot.
6) Good to have experience with MongoDB (or General database understanding), Splunk, APM & ASM, Elastic.
