About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically inclined individual to join our team as a DevOps Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in DevOps, learn from experienced professionals, and gain hands-on experience in real-world projects. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of DevOps concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, deployment, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement DevOps best practices.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support as needed.
Assist in containerization and orchestration using Docker and related technologies like ECS, Kubernetes etc.
Participate in routine maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and security checks.
Document processes, configurations, and procedures for future reference.
Support and implement automation of infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Continuously learn and apply new technologies and methodologies relevant to DevOps.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems and familiarity with shell scripting.
Basic knowledge with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Basic networking and system administration skills.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Experience:
0 - 1 Years
Candidates with relevant certifications are preferred.
