About the Job
Position: Backend Development Engineer
Location: Gurgaon
Role Summary: In this role, involves collaborating within a development team and Product Owners to design and implement features and, while ensuring they are delivered on time, and within scope. You will develop governance with an emphasis on application integrity, security, and compliance. Your focus will be on improving processes, staying updated on technological advancements, and ensuring alignment with the business’s strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
Develop code from technical specifications received from the Lead/Manager.
Collaborate team members such as BA and QA to ensure features are developed to specifications.
Responsible for developing code that complies to coding standards and application security.
The candidate must be self-motivated and aware of new and updated technological advancements in the field of large systems.
Develop test cases to ensure code coverage compliance.
Must have
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or engineering degree.
Experience: 4-5 years of experience with the product and value engineering teams to analyse and define business requirements.

Servers: Wild fly, Tomcat
Backend: JAVA/J2ee, JSP, Rest API services, Spring, Hibernate ,PL SQL.

Analytical Skills: Proposing simple and coding effective solutions.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to client needs and quality assurance.
