Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Confluence Developer to support the design, customization, and optimization of our Confluence environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Atlassian tools, especially Confluence and Jira, and will help enhance collaboration, knowledge management, and documentation processes across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain customized Confluence templates, macros, and plugins.
Configure Confluence spaces and permissions to align with organizational structure and project needs.
Integrate Confluence with Jira, Bitbucket, and other third-party tools.
Automate workflows and build interactive dashboards using Atlassian APIs and scripting tools like ScriptRunner.
Migrate content from legacy systems to Confluence.
Conduct training sessions and create user guides for end-users.
Monitor and optimize the performance of the Confluence instance.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian Confluence development and administration.
Strong understanding of Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
Experience with Confluence plugin development using Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Atlassian SDK.
Proficient in scripting tools like ScriptRunner, Groovy, or similar.
Familiarity with content management best practices.
Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) credentials.
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Previous experience in an Agile environment.
