About the Role
Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integrations (APIs, web services, middleware).
● Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable Partner solutions using PartnerStack, Crossbeam, and Tackle.io and integrate with Salesforce platform.
● Take technical ownership of partner integrations, managing the full lifecycle—design, development, execution, updates, and monitoring.
● Implement complex integrations with PartnerStack, Crossbeam, Tackle.io, and other third-party applications via APIs, middleware, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
● Architect and implement customizations to support business needs, including integrations with CPQ tools, LMS, and external platforms for partner enablement.
● Lead the implementation of LMS systems to enable partner training, ensuring smooth integration with Salesforce and partner platforms.
● Manually configure CPQ tools for partners to ensure alignment with pricing, quoting, and approval processes.
● Ensure code quality and maintainability through thorough code reviews, adherence to best practices, and proper documentation.
● Stay current with Salesforce technologies, integration best practices, and industry trends.
● Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
● Hands-on experience with PartnerStack, Crossbeam, or Tackle.io (or similar partner platforms).
● 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integrations (APIs, web services, middleware).
● Experience with LMS platforms and their integration with Salesforce.
● Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications and integrations.
● Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other core Salesforce tools.
● Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs.
● Hands-on integration experience with MuleSoft or Dell Boomi to platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, and Tackle.io
● Experience implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud for partner portals.
● Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable Apex code.
● Familiarity with performance optimization practices and techniques for large-scale Salesforce solutions.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs.
● Passion for problem-solving and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
● Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is optional
● Strong understanding of SoX compliance processes and their implementation in Salesforce development.
