Roles & Responsibilities:
Selected person’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js, JavaScript, and Python (optional)
2. Create and optimize APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications
3. Deploy and manage applications on AWS servers
4. Ensure performance, security, and scalability of backend systems
5. Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product teams
6. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
7. Identify and troubleshoot performance issues
Skills & Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, and Express.js
• Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and version control (Git)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS/GCP is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment
