Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, test, and implement high-quality software solutions in alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features within stipulated timelines.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying and rectifying bottlenecks and bugs.
Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve overall code quality and maintainability.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually enhance skills and improve software development processes.
Document development processes, code changes, and provide timely updates to project stakeholders and management.
Engage in proactive communication with clients to gather requirements and provide technical expertise throughout project lifecycles.
