Responsibilities
● Develop and code models using SAS Viya.
● Train and mentor internal teams on SAS Viya functionalities and best practices.
● Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business use
cases into effective SAS Viya solutions.
● Design and implement fraud detection and prevention models.
● Ensure the quality and accuracy of data and models through rigorous testing and
validation.
● Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in SAS Viya and fraud
management.
● Document processes, methodologies, and provide detailed reporting on model
performance.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data
Science, or a related field.
● Minimum of 8 years of experience in programming and model building.
● Proven ability to code and build models using SAS Viya.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and training skills.
● Ability to understand and translate business use cases into technical
solutions.
● Experience in fraud management within telecom, banking, or gaming
industries.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proficiency in SAS Viya.
● Experience in fraud management.
● Strong understanding of statistical and analytical techniques.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Preferred industries - telecom, Banking, Gaming (Wherever fraud is a
big use case)
